Recording and Media Consent
I understand that this session will be recorded. If I choose to speak, appear on camera, submit written comments, or otherwise participate, my name, voice, image, likeness, testimony, and anything I voluntarily share may be captured in the recording.
Permission to Use the Recording
I give Joseph Prince Ministries, Grace Revolution Church, and their affiliated ministries permission to use my recorded participation, in whole or in part, for ministry, informational, and promotional purposes. This may include use on websites, social media, streaming platforms, broadcasts, applications, emails, and other digital or printed materials.
Editing and Publication
I understand that my participation may be edited, shortened, captioned, combined with other material, or used as an excerpt. Joseph Prince Ministries and Grace Revolution Church may choose to use all, part, or none of my participation. I understand that I will not have the opportunity to review or approve the final material before it is published.
This may include sharing the recording through their websites, applications, emails, social media channels, broadcasts, streaming platforms, publications, and other ministry materials. It may also be shared with their authorised broadcasters, publishers, production partners, and service providers where needed to produce or distribute the material.
Personal and Third-Party Information
I understand that published material may be viewed, quoted, reposted, or shared by others. I will use discretion when sharing personal, medical, family, financial, or other sensitive information, knowing that I am not required to disclose any sensitive information and that any information I disclose may be included in the Recording.
I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, anything I voluntarily share is truthful and does not knowingly violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, copyright, publicity, or other legal rights.
Release of Claims
To the extent permitted by law, I agree not to bring claims against Joseph Prince Ministries, Grace Revolution Church, or their affiliated entities arising from the authorised recording, editing, publication, distribution, or use of my participation, including claims relating to privacy, the use of my name or likeness, credit, or compensation. This does not apply to any use outside the scope of this consent or to any rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.
